Visiting Walmart constantly the past week and a half. I hate Walmart. Like with everything in me, I hate Walmart. But due to lack of planning, and just life, and who knows what else, I didn't get my usual twice a month grocery shopping done at Super Target and Sam's (which are 30 minutes away from me) last week. So I have been at Walmart every other day mostly because of the curse. You know, the curse where you go to that store that you completely despise, and when you leave you realize that despite your list you forgot like 15 things? Yeah, that curse.
Working on setting up a game plan for Spring Break, because OH MY GOD it's already going to be Spring Break in no time at all. Didn't school just start? Wasn't Christmas like two seconds ago?
I remember someone saying to me once that when your kids start school, it's like time speeds up... I freaking agree.
Creating new stuff for the shop, and working on some ideas for stuff around the house. I've been in a creative slump, and I'm so ready to get past it.
Loving that the boys have been greeting me in the morning with, "Good morning, Mom. Did you sleep good?"
I just want to bottle that crazy sweetness up because usually 10 minutes later they're giving me attitude like they're 16.
Missing sleep. I have had some insane sleep issues lately. Every night that it has continued, my stress level increases. It's not helping the situation. So, you can just call me Sleepless in Oklahoma.

:D
ReplyDeleteI feel the exact same way about Walmart. I think what I hate most about it is that sometimes it's unavoidable, try as I might to stay miles and miles away. Ugh.
ReplyDeleteSo I just realized the other day how quickly spring break is coming and I have no plans. I looked at some camps yesterday, full. All of them. Why do kids need so much time off from school anyway? Ridiculous!!
My boys are the same as yours in the morning. All "Good morning Mama! I missed you, did you have a good sleep?" with hugs and all. Ten minutes later, WW3 because "HE TOOK MY HOT WHEEL!!!!"
I hope you get your sleep situation figured out. I've been there. Not fun at all.
